What's New

Welcome to the new Aquila!

A quick look at what's changed

We've given Aquila a fresh coat of paint - and a few new tricks up its sleeve. Here's the quick tour:

A cleaner look
Every screen has had a visual overhaul - lighter, more consistent, and with full dark mode support.
Light or dark, your choice
Pick Light, Dark, or Same as browser under the Theme setting on your Manage page (top-right menu → Manage) and every screen follows it.

Or just try it right here - pick one below and every screen (including this one) switches instantly. It's saved to your account either way.

A brand new landing page
This very screen! Live statistics, charts and activity feeds tailored to your role greet you as soon as you log in.

Two kinds of card here: the ones under Messaging are shortcuts - click one to jump straight into Queue Management, already filtered to match. Others expand in place into a chart when you click them (only one stays open at a time).

The Navigator
Press Ctrl + K anywhere to jump straight to any screen, record or function - no more digging through menus.

Star anything as a favourite and drag to reorder your list - your favourites show first the next time you open it.

Breadcrumbs
Always know where you are and how you got there, with one click back to any earlier screen.
Smarter tooltips
Hover just about anything for a plain-English explanation of what it does - no more guessing.
Notifications
Keep an eye on the bell icon in the header for updates that matter to you, right as they happen.
Guided tours
Look for the question mark icon in the header on supported screens - it'll walk you through the page step by step.
Dockable Panels
Screens across Aquila - Notes and Audit Trail are two examples - can now open as floating panels instead of a full popup: drag them, resize them, or minimize them and keep working. Look for next to the notification bell to reopen anything you've minimized.
Tag people & groups in notes
Type @ followed by a name in any note or reply to tag a specific person or a whole user group - pick from the suggestions that pop up. Whoever's tagged gets a notification with a direct link straight back to that note. You can also now edit or delete your own notes and replies.
You can reopen this tour any time from the help menu.
